Therese is a qualified nurse and a qualified reflexologist for over 20 years. 

Reflexology is an ancient therapy improving health in many ways.  By working on the feet you work on the whole person. 

As a mother of five she has a wealth of life experience. She enjoys sea swimming and rowing.
