Maureen has a degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and is fully accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy .

Counselling provides support and an opportunity to gain a new perspective on problems. Therapy is confidential and is provided on a one-to-one basis.

Maureen has over 10 years experience working with adults presenting with: Low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, anger issues, relationship issues, work related issues, Asperger’s syndrome, bereavement, health related issues and loneliness.

BA (Hons) in Counselling & Pyschotherapy, DBS.

Diploma in Group Facilitation, PCI

Certificate in Jungian Psychology & Art Therapy, LIT
